All sales are final - I do not accept returns once an order has been processed. I package each order with care to ensure it will arrive to you safely. Once USPS has taken the shipment, I have no control over their handling of the package. If a piece was damaged in the shipping process, please notify me by email at theglazedrabbit@gmail.com with your name, order number and photos. I must be notified within the first three days of delivery, then I will offer a refund, minus the cost of shipping. Upon purchase, you are agreeing to this store policy.
